Cushions

This cushion offers a full, inviting look and luxurious, deep seating comfort. Its premium foam core is made with 2.3 lb. density Ultracel high resiliency foam. This core is then laminated with soft convoluted HR foam, producing an egg crate surface that provides a high crown and an extremely plush feel. The completed core is then inserted into a channeled down proof jacket containing a generous amount of 50/50 polyester fiber, down and feathers.

This cushion provides the ultimate in luxury and performance. The heart of this cushion is a high coil count spring unit with individually pocketed coils. This spring unit is encased in a foam sandwich made from premium Ultracel high resiliency foam. The core is wrapped in a layer of thermal bonded polyester fiber that provides softness and a full look. The outer jacket is made with 200-thread count cotton ticking and sewn with channels containing a premium mixture of 25/75 down and feathers.

This all foam cushion provides an inviting crowned look with initial softness and deep seating support. An inner core of 2.3 lb. density Ultracel high resiliency foam is laminated with a medium density foam insert that is cut into a contoured shape, producing a permanent crown. It is then capped with super soft HR foam providing a plush feel and a nice symmetrical shape. The completed core is then encased in down proof ticking.

This all foam cushion is our firmest seat. It combines all the characteristics of our Comfort Crown cushion with an extra firm foam core that has a higher compression resistance.
